Book card

Well here we are in a wet and windy Leicester 

Today I wanted to share a new project from me, this is the first attempt at

making one and it hasn't turned out too bad.

I watched a video tutorial on You Tube explaining how to make this and just

added bits as I went along. This is the front of the card and I love

anything Disney so I just had to have Dopey on the front

Here you can see the inside of the card, it can also be used to store

little keepsakes 

This is the side of the card which is fastened by the ribbon

Morning all.

Well it's a better day today, we seem to have got rid of that terrible wind

which was blowing a gale here yesterday.

Today's card is one for the boys

I have layered the card with plain navy card and white hammer card

The image is downloaded from Pintrest and then some card candi added

and that's it, really simple one today

Today is slightly cooler than yesterday, hopefully it won't get too cold.

I was beginning to think Spring was here!

Today's card is a birthday one and I thought I would use a nice bright colour.

I have layered the card with centura pearl and hammer card

Die cut Joanna Sheen Abigail detail corner on the top of the card

 Die cut Spellbinders A2 scalloped border along the bottom and topped

it off with Sue Wilson Melbourne die and printed the sentiment in the middle

 and added a few pearls to finish it

Delightful Daisies

Morning crafty peeps

Today's card is a bit of a change for me

This is a 7x7 base card layered with

Blue Centura pearl card

White hammer card

I have topped it with a "Lily of the Valley" image called "Delightful Daisies" then framed it with 

"Creative Expressions Auvergne" die by "Sue Wilson"

Typed the sentiment and used the smallest die in the set

Finished it off with ribbon and pearls

Golden Wedding

Morning crafty people.

Today's card is a Golden Wedding Anniversary one

The base card is 7x7

I layered it with cream Centura pearl card & gold matt card

I used"Joanna Sheen Abigail" detail corner four times then topped the cards

with hearts cut from "Sizzix" dies. The numbered dies were a freebie in a magazine,

the sentiment I did on the computer and layered it onto "Spellbinders Grommet"

 tags then added a few gems.

Mothers day

Morning everyone.

Today's card is yes another Mother's day one.

I have used a 7x7 card and layered it with peach linen card

and white hammer card.

I have done my corners using a "Joanna Sheen"  die

it is called "Abigail detail corner"

I used two pieces of ribbon diagonally across the card and added

some pearls, then finished it off with a cheap die

from the Works.

Doily Dress

Morning all, another lovely mild day here in Leicester

Today I am posting a little birthday card with a dress made out

of a doily. I did many of these a few years ago.

I have put layers on my card again using linen and hammer card.

My hearts are cut from Sizzix dies

I folded a 4 1/2 inch doily for the bottom of the dress and glued a doily

to some white card and cut the top using a small heart die, I then

cut a piece off either side of it and fixed it to the doily base, put some ribbon

around the waist and stuck hearts and gems on the card

to finish it off.

Mothers day

Morning peeps, lovely day again its warm out there.

Today I am afraid it is another Mother's day card.

The base card is 7x7 and I have layered it with green and white linen card using

Sue Wilson Noble square dies, I have embossed the top layer with a free embossing folder 

 that came with one of the craft magazines, then just topped it with

Sizzix hearts and a few embelishments.

Baby girl

Morning peeps, lovely weather we are having at the moment, spring is almost upon us.

Today i thought i would post this little baby card.

I have layered the base card using centura pearl card, then added the Die'sire

die cut. I cut a small square of pink card and embossed it with the dots embossing folder and

 mounted the horse with double sided foam tape. I brushed the horse with some Spun Sugar

Distressing ink on the main, tail, saddle and rocker. Mounted the sentiment with double sided

foam tape and then added the ribbon and pearls

Wedding

Now the days are getting longer we have more time to sit in our craft rooms and play.

Mum

Well it's another beautiful day, the sun is shining but it's a bit fresh out there.

The card today is a very easy one to make BUT it caused me so many problems and it took me ages to make it. The centre piece with Mum had to be scrapped 4 times as the ink kept on bleeding and then on the 5th attempt I actually ripped the whole topper so had to start again. Hopefully you like it now I finally got to finish it Lol x

Morning all, well a very wet and windy day today, that means you have to spend all day in the Craft room! My card for today is a male card, I always have trouble trying to think what I can do, it is so hard coming up with ideas for them.
